(1) On the Sign in page, click the "Forgot your password?" link located below the password field.

(2) Enter your email address in the provided field on the "Forgot Your Password?" page.

(3) Click the "Reset Password" button to request a password reset link.

(4) Check your email inbox for a message from Sidekick Hero with the subject "You requested a password reset". Open this email. In the email, click the "Reset Password" button to be directed to a page where you can set a new password.

(5) On the "Reset Your Password" page, enter your new password in the field provided.

(6) After entering your new password, click the "Set New Password" button to complete the process. You can now use this new password to sign in to your Sidekick Hero account.
